There is an urgent treatment centre at The New QEII Hospital in Welwyn Garden City which is open every day from 9am to 8pm and can help you with a range of minor illnesses and injuries. Partially Sighted Patients

  • Large font practice leaflets or information are available on request.

Wheelchair Access

  • If you are visiting our GP surgery there is appropriate access into and around our premises for patients with additional physical needs.
  • We have disabled parking with clear access to the front door.

We offer the following support for people with hearing difficulties:

  • Sign Language, International Sign Language, and Interpreting services are available by request.
